Plano de amostragem e verificação das condições ambientais
A unidade de manufatura (ou QC de processo) realiza inspeção completa para inspeção de aparência e teste de desempenho elétrico, e para medição de tamanho ou inspeção especial, a primeira peça de cada modelo é amostrada e testada em 5 unidades.
A unidade de qualidade mede 5 unidades para a primeira amostra de cada modelo e adota o plano de amostragem única de inspeção normal GB / —2012 para a inspeção de aparência e o nível de inspeção geral é II.

O examinador deve usar um anel eletrostático e oito protetores de dedo em ambas as mãos. Se for um LCD sem polarizador conectado, todos os dedos devem usar protetores de dedo.
O examinador pode verificar visualmente ou comparar com a tabela de comparação de filmes.
Consulte a amostra para o teste elétrico usando acessório de teste e tela de exibição.
A distância entre os olhos do inspetor e o produto é de 30 ~ 40 cm. O ângulo de visão de inspeção é de ± 15 graus na superfície frontal do painel de exibição vertical e ± 45 graus na superfície frontal do painel de exibição horizontal (veja a figura abaixo)
Iluminação do ambiente: 800 ～ 1200LUX para inspeção visual
Temperatura ambiente: 25 ± 5 ℃

a) Pontos brilhantes: pontos brilhantes de tamanho constante aparecem no LCD sob o padrão preto.
b) Pontos escuros: Nas imagens em vermelho, verde e azul puros, pontos escuros com o mesmo tamanho aparecem no LCD.
c) 2 pontos adjacentes = 1 par = 2 pontos.
